Overheard in a NY city cafe:

There are only 2 things I hate in this world : my life and the thought of my death !

Insomnia

Insomnia is not a disorder, Its a way of life!

Self Control - Undefined !

Love, I heard, is indulgence, when conjugated as a union of body and soul, an indication of the lack of self-control.

And so what defines self-control and how does it impact a mans quest for greatness?

Here are some quotes :

What I have heard on this subject makes me realise that the actions or inactions of a man are not limited to love. This too being one of the many paths to the greater good, oneself and beyond.
